Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate account and order information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you are under 18, use BrandMyPrint only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Orders & Artwork

You are responsible for checking uploaded photos, crop position, size, wrap, frame, and personalization details before checkout.

For AI-generated artwork, results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, pose, and selected design.

An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you before production if an order contains an apparent technical, pricing, content, or fulfillment problem.

Uploaded Content

You must only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

You grant BrandMyPrint and its contracted providers limited permission to process the content only as needed to generate artwork, manufacture and deliver your order, prevent misuse, and provide support.

You keep your ownership rights in your uploaded content. BrandMyPrint retains its rights in the platform, templates, software, branding, and original catalogue content.

AI Credits

AI generation credits are used to create previews. Every paid print piece adds 5 AI generation credits to the customer account after payment is verified.

Credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless BrandMyPrint approves it in writing.

If a generation fails before a usable result is created, the reserved credit is returned automatically. Contact support with the generation reference if the balance does not update.

Pricing & Discounts

Piece discounts are applied by piece count. The highest-priced piece is counted first, followed by lower-priced pieces.

• 1st piece: 20% off.
• 2nd piece: 30% off.
• 3rd piece: 50% off.
• 4th piece onward: 30% off.

Terms, product availability, and promotional rules may change before payment is completed.

Production & Delivery

Production starts after order confirmation and payment verification. Delivery is handled by third-party courier services, so delivery timing may vary.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Contact support immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after production starts because each item is made to order.

Damage, production fault, reprint, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Platform Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but AI providers, payment services, couriers, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control may cause interruptions or delays. We may suspend a request that creates a security, legal, safety, or operational risk.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, BrandMyPrint is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability relating to a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right that applies in your location.
